From the disconnects, to the server status to the forums, it looks like the CoX Servers are dead in the water. When they've gotten new hamsters in their wheels and get things back up, I'll add something here.

Born in Athens in 1975, Briareos Georgiou is the son of a family of public servants. Like all Greek men of 18 years he was conscripted into the Hellenic Army. After serving for 9 month he decided to remain in the Army and get a degree in engineering.
Only one year after graduation and being transfered into a position as engineer in the 24th Armored Brigade, he was involved in an accident where a Leopard 1A5 fell from a insufficiently serviced crane. He was nearly directly under the crane and only a jump managed to safe his life. However, the tank still crushed his legs and they had to be amputated.
After a year in hospital he was pushed into a desk job.
When handwavium first became available, he began to dream of being able to walk again and began building a power suit. Being an anime fan and especially a fan of Masamune Shirow, he decided to try and make the suit look like a cyborg from the manga Appleseed, who shared his name, Briareos Hecatonchires.
After nearly two years of constant work and using quite a bit of some 'misplaced' military hardware, he was ready to wave and finish the suit. While he was trying the suit on, without waving it, he was surprised by a number of military policemen, who were to arrest him for 'misplacing' military hardware. The suit was knocked over, knocked over the prepared batch of handwavium, which spilled over Briareos and the suit and the suit closed.
When he awoke, he found himself inside a cell, and fled. Over several corners he made it to Fenspace after raiding his home and grabbing the last handwavium which was used to wave an 1960 VW Beetle.
Putting some of his knowledge to work, he worked as technician in Port Phobos for a while before first getting into the Port Phobos Police, then served in the Boskone War and finally was pulled into FESWAT by Andy Cramer.
There he serves as Team Leader of FESWAT Unit 2.
==Notable Mundane Attributes==
==Handwavium Abilities==
*''Hecatonchires'': He can control multiple computer systems at the same time, provided that he can hack them.
==Mundane Quirks==
*''I'm from Athens:'' Reacts very poor to anything that reminds him of the movie of comic '300', or anything that marginalizes the Greek history. There is a good amount of pride of being Greek and especially being from Athens.
==Quirks==
*''No legs, no service:'' Now and again his legs abruptly detach themselves from his body and need a full servicing of his body to put himself together. He's really annoyed by that, but glad that it never happens during an operation.

"Magical duel? I'll do no such thing. Throwing about little balls of fire or bolts of lightning, such things are beneath me as a War-Wizard of the Collegium. No, if you want an example of my magic, point out a goodly sized city of your enemies, and have your army lay siege to it for a week to prevent escape while I perform one of the lesser Rituals. When the sun rises on the eigth day every stone of the walls and within them will melt away like morning fog. That is the kind of magic at my command. Supply a dozen novices to assist and the time can be cut to three days through my puissant skill, or with twenty one days ending on a new moon the mist can be rendered so violently explosive that a single candle or pipe-match alight within it will leave naught but a scorched crater where the target once stood."

Hermione would play a preistess of Oghma, the god of knowledge.
Ron would be a Sorcerer, able to toss impressive numbers of a few good spells, without all that studying dusty tomes rot.
Harry, who likes to avoid notice generally, would probably be some form of mage-thief. I can't see him giving up on casting ability entirely, and a good Spider Climb, Chameleon or True Strike is invaluable to a Thief.
Fred & George, the human bludgers, would be Chaotic Good variant Paladins, I think. Possibly as a single character between them, the two voices in his head just adding to the Chaotic part of the equation.
Neville, pretty solid Druid material, planned feat progression leading to Treant Wildshape.
Ginny, a Dual-Wield path Ranger, or perhaps a Warmage.
Albus, in a baffling turn that they can't bring themselves to do more then smile shakily and play along with, shows up for the second session (the first having been devoted to character creation with a short go at Monte Cooks "The Orc and Pastry" to get a feel for the basics afterward) with a character all ready to go ... Albie Stocking-Foot, a halfling Bard whose spell selection focuses on Divination and Abjuration, whose feat selection and alternate class abilities plan sacrifices some spell casting for more, and more powerful, Bardic Music, and who wears thick woolly socks instead of going traditionally barefoot due to a shocking lack of below-the-ankle hair.
Luna Lovegood is the Dungeon Master, with Dobby for help with munchies, mood-setting music, shadow-puppets and props.
Now, the real question: Is imagining their campaignm, after running through EN Publishing's "Return to the Orc and Pastry" and defeating the squid-god worshipping goblin ninjas, more terrifying or hilarious?
Timeline, Herry's third year, I think. It could be 6th, but the low quality of post GoF books makes me vote against it.

Ottawa Sun review
tl;dr: The reviewer (who's read the Barsoom books) compares the movie - unfavorably - to Dune and Star Wars Episode 1.
Whoever's going, please post a review afterward so I know whether I should go...

Anyone else having random pages just come up white? No text, no images, nothing. The status says the page has loaded. I can force a reload and it comes up most of the times. A couple of times I've had to force a reload two or three times before the page displays.
