Honestly, I'd be more concerned about the other side of the crossover. The Power Rangers are teenagers no more experienced at dealing with paparazzi than Harry was, let alone an espionage threat with an insect form to sneak and eavesdrop in, and frankly the kind of collateral damage inflicted in each and every kaiju battle leaves them a lot more justifiably vulnerable to attacks via public opinion. Even if giant monster battles are off the table after the switch (an engorging charm doesn't usually have that much effect even if Skeeter would think to use one) a muckraker as skilled at creating the narrative as she is would have little trouble stage managing things to paint them in the worst possible light.
Of course, that does require that she actually wants to operate as a conquering super sentai villain, rather than aiming for wealth and a bit of political influence so she can live an easy life with her motley collection of magical being servants, or for that matter scream and flee at the sight of them since she is ultimately just an average, middle-aged civilian witch, aside from being an animagus and having a personality spelt with a B in place of the W.
