After re-reading a few old fanfics (Ah, Sailor Moon 4200, you stopped getting updated before we got a full set of Senshi, durnit!), I've been struck by the oddest little idea for a fic.. On top of two different sets of ideas for Sailor Moon Expanded (Which is, itself a bit of an odd tale to tell..)
I've rummaged around the net.
I've checked high and low.
But I have never, ever, found a fanfic about Mugen Senshi Valis. ... I'm tinkering seriously with an idea for a story. New world (with a connection to the old), new Chosen. Same old Sword With Heavy Karma Attached.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Bricks aimed at my head?

Here's an odd little thing I found in OMG manga: one scene seems to indicate that Keiichi was brought up Christian, whatever religion or lack thereof (aside from Belldandy-worship) he professes now.
It's a dream sequence (as a result of getting hit by Skuld's hammer *again*) in which he's marrying Bell, in a decidedly Western-looking church. Tamiya (!?!) is officiating, wearing a black cassock and skullcap and a pectoral cross.
I haven't seen anything else to confirm or deny this notion, except for an early scene where he specifically denies being Buddhist. Not that it matters, really, but does anyone have anything else on this?

Hello everyone ...
I am new to writing fanfics. Just started in 2003. Currently I am writing Catalyst with the background setting in the Babylon 5 universe. I was inspired by both AlbertG (Those Who Stand) and RenS (The Best of Both Universes). I like the way they protray the character interactions of both the Star Trek and B5 universe.
I wrote my own (I try to make it as different as I can from all those awesome ST/B5 crossovers out there. What's the point of writing a fanfic if your fanfic is just a carbon copy of theirs?) - it takes place right after Star Trek: Nemesis.
Since all the best villains and heroes have been used up from the ST/B5 universe - Those Who Stand (Yonji Sinhidrea), A Thin Veneer (Minbari, I like it! This was unique!), The Best of Both Universes (The Builders, Shadows and Vorlons), Shadows and Dust in The Pattern (The Borg, etc ...) Can anyone out there give me a few suggestions on villains that I could use that have NOT been used yet in any ST/B5 crossover?
Or any fanfic ideas that they have been tossing around with but not yet used in any ST/B5 crossovers?
Any suggestion or help would be deeply appreciated.

Kaname, because he and Kaoru have got absolutely -nothing- in common, including frames of reference. Kaname can at least understand what he does for a living.

...the mind boggles. Probably blink, turn around, and lock the door behind him on his way out.

Make up a summary for a 3/10 (Angua/Kaoru) fic.
Kaoru finds a poor, beat-up, starving wolf. Takes it home and adopts it. Kaoru gets drunk and angsty because her boyfriend ran off. Robber comes and manages to hurt Kaoru before he gets his throat ripped out. It's hard to bandage someone without hands, so Angua transforms and helps. Kaoru, being drunk, takes it in stride. We learn that Angua is depressed because Carrot got his stupid heroic ass killed. Kaoru, being drunk, thinks that being drunk will help Angua feel better. Angua gets drunk. *hot lesbian sex goes here*
They wake up in the morning, yelp, then flee to opposite ends of the house. Eventually, they talk. Then, caught up in a moment, they kiss, and flee again. Kaoru angsts about cheating on her boyfriend (Kenshin). Angua angsts about not being human. Both of them angst about falling for a girl. Then they get drunk again, seperately.
Kenshin comes home, having failed to keep Sano from pouring half a liter of sake down his throat, ie, he's pasted too. Finds Kaoru. *hot makeup sex goes here* Goes to take a bath, finds Angua angsting there. *hot 'I thought that was a dream' sex goes here* Finishes his bath, tries to get back to bed, ends up collapsing under the porch.
Kaoru wakes up sore. Angua wakes up sore. Both of them go, oh god, what about Kaour/Angua?! They try and find each other, and stumble over Kenshin at the same moment. Kenshin wakes up, looks around, goes 'oh shit', then starts angsting. Kaoru angsts too. Angua has a lightbulb go on over her head, then kisses Kenshin. Kaoru steams. Angua kisses Kaoru, too. Kaoru gets it. Kenshin is puzzled. Both of them jump him. Kenshin gets it. *hot threesome sex happily ever after*

One of the Terran Federation's early warp points leads somewhere -mcuh- more interesting than the Khanate of Orion. Or the 'clone a famous figure thousands of years later' gambit, on the theory that warp points fell out of use once people came up with actual FTL.
