Is that the one where Lelouche vi Britannia leads a rebellion against the tyrannical Red Queen?
Emmett Brown's ride gets sent some place a long time ago and far far away. Not the man himself, just ... the man's DeLorean.

I'll be here all week, folks!
Really ancient Cybertron? At least certain individuals already had time travel capabilities, but the form factor is unique enough that someone would probably be interested in formatting their chassis to transform into one, especially if it's the hover-capable version from the end of the (first) movie, if perhaps with less surface gribble or more tron lines depending on the specific aesthetics popular at the time. Humanoid form jet pack probable, T-visor style faceplate optional (at least in private.) Underage fleshling sidekick, what hjinks are complete without one?

Don't call him a mendicant.  He has no idea what it means, but he hates the sound of it.

"In the days when Groo roamed the land, a warrior lived by his swords and his courage.  Brains were an optional extra."

Anne of Green Acres

Perhaps we should replace "Bomb" with "Crimson Bands of Cytorrak."

Tragically, Anne of the Thousand Green Gables

Or, the somewhat spooky Anne of the Seven Gables
Animal Farm Crossing
Starring the drummer in Dr. Teeth's band, I assume?

Or was that Animal House Crossing...?

Sounds more like Animal's Crossing Castle to me...

No in  Animal House Crossing,  Teeth isn't the only Doctor in the band...

Gaming breath mints, anyone? Final Fantasy Tic-Tacs
I don't know whether this is a Should Not Be or a Should Be...

Fans of Squid Girl know that a very few of the characters in her story think that she's an alien. What if there was an actual alien in the setting, stranded on Earth because her ship crashed - an alien who looks so human that nobody suspects that the she is an alien?

I even have a title for this: Wait-INK for the Summer

Wrong thread. So, so, so not the right thread. Desperately needed.

Having never played Kingdom Hearts, I have no idea how well Sora Naegino or Sora Hasegawa would fare as the lead character...

Should or Should Not, folks?
Kind of in the middle.  The thing about Kingdom Hearts to me is that you keep mashing ⓧ to murder Disney!creatures of grimm with your giant key.  Sora Naegino would fit in fine, but she might have trouble wearing so many zippers.  The problem with Kingdom Hearts is that the plot is kind of incomprehensible, so I'm not really sure that any crossover with it should be.  It's fun enough to play and all but I'm too lost to figure out what kind of crossovers are even possible.
I would protest about the plot of KH being awesome... but yeah, it did take until Birth By Sleep, something like the fifth or sixth game released, to actually fit together enough to start making sense. Replacing Sora is a much harder job than it first appears, for all he's apparently just discovering everything with the player in KH1 he's entwined in earlier events to the point I'd even call it an in medias res opening from the perspective of later games. And that's without having ever played KH3 due to repetitive strain injury making it hard to even hold a gamepad for more than about an hour.
Oh, so all you have to do is spend 200+ hours with a series of games and suddenly the plot starts making sense? And I thought Dwarf Fortress was hard on new players. I guess I have more patience for this in books and TV, but it still seems like bad storytelling.
