| Finishing Chapter Two |

(If you don't want to see a random complaint about the writing process, feel free to close this thread now.)
The fight at the end of chapter two -- the one with Jadeite at the radio station at the end of episode three -- is driving me nuts. I've written or started to write three different versions of it now, and none of them worked. I wish I could figure out what it was that my subconscious wants out of this scene, because I'd gladly provide it. At this point it's entirely possible that I want this chapter to be done far more than any of you do.

Probably not, but on the off-chance that that sounds interesting:
Steve Jackson Games currently has the Dungeon Fantasy box set at the printer. Phil Reed (CEO of SJGames) has said in post 12 of this thread:
Quote:If all of the copies sell out before the end of the year, well, let me just be the first to say that I'll do all I can to push a sci-fi boxed set onto our schedule and make it happen.
The thread goes on to discuss other possible Powered-by-GURPS box sets, including supers. Nothing official, mind you.

I'm identifying the inspirations for various free resources, so that I can mark various freebies as "cosplay" items on the freebie wiki. I've come to the poses for the 3D Universe Toon Frog, which has two that I'm pretty sure need the cosplay tag.
This one is pretty obviously out of One Froggy Evening... right?
The other one, though... is it or isn't it? There's a particular movie that's nagging at the back of my head that both poses in this pack could be inspired by, but I'm not 100% sure so I'm not going to say which movie... What's this from?--

You have to be kidding me. After Charlottesville , it's evident on whose side Trump is on. The racist and the bigots. His staff knows the outcry this is going to happen. Did it on a Friday night as well. Kinda tells me they know what sort of reaction this is going to take form.__________________

Teachers' union votes to urge school boards to remove John A. Macdonald's name from public schools
Yes, John A. Macdonald was one of the politicians who started the "residential schools" program that nearly destroyed the culture of the native peoples. He's also one of the politicians who spearheaded the building of the transcontinental railroad... and he was Canada's first Prime Minister.
This, IMHO, is the Canadian equivalent of tearing down statues to George Washington because he kept slaves. (Yes, I did just quote Trump. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.)--

In the beginning
We could hang with the dude
But it's been too much of nothing
Of that stank attitude
Now they curse your name
And there's a bounty on your face
It's your own fault daddy
Godwhacker's on the case
We track your almighty ass
Thru seven heaven-worlds
Me, Slinky Redfoot,
And our trusty angel-girls
And when the stars bleed out
That be the fever of the chase
You better get gone, poppy,
Godwhacker's on the case
Be very very quiet
Clock everything you see
Little things might matter later
At the start of the end of history
Climb up the glacier
Across bridges of light
We sniff you, Big Tiger,
In the forest of the night
'Cause there's no escape
From the Rajahs of Erase
You better run run run
Godwhacker's on the case
Be very very quiet
Clock everything you see
Little things might matter later
At the start of the end of history
Yes we are the Godwhackers
Who rip and chop and slice
For crimes beyond imagining
It's time to pay the price
You better step back son
Give the man some whackin' space
You know this might get messy
Godwhacker's on the case
