This matches the final result of Decay at level 50, and I think I have the slot/power levels correct, but without doing a lot of Ouro missions I can't be
sure.
I'm reasonably happy with her currently, I normaly play at Rugged and have no problems holding/stunning the groups and bosses I run across. Only if
something stuns me do things get dicey, but more recently I have learned to send the imps in for the first strike.
One thing I'm sure of: More Recovery is needed. I can't have all 6 of my toggles running (Fire Shield, Acrobatics, Hotfeet, Choking Cloud, Radiation
Infection, and Enervating Field) running at the same time without slowly losing end. And forget about attacking if I have all of them going. Running with all
my toggles active is not that uncommon if I am going up against a EB or AV, or just a large group of tough enemies (The Cim caves ring a bell here).
Any other tweaks to increase the hold/stun times would be welcome. I know that there are some purple sets in my future (next piece I'm looking at is
another Ragnarok for Fire ball), but such things will take time.
More health/regen or more defense/resistances would be welcome, as that increases my survivability when I play the role of the tank. But this isn't a high
priority
Cost is not much of an issue, more expensive merely means it will take longer.

Well, a proto-FAQ... Apparently, Robert A. Heinlein once got so busy answering fan mail that he didn't have time to write paying work. So, Nene's current build is by no means inefficient. As a Kin/ Defender, her primary's abilities are second to very few in utility, and her end drain is built around, as Wire said, "taking big honking bites". However, while I use Power Boost considerably, the other Power Mastery powers didn't really test out like I expected, so I'm considering respeccing her into Electrical Mastery instead. Visually, this gives her Charged Armor instead of Temp Invul, which is zappy instead of shiny. Also, it gives me an excuse to get rid of all her red SOs for cash.
Anyway, this is the build I have in mind. 50 IOs are there simply because I expect to hit Emet up for them post respec anyway, and incorporates what few set IOs Nene has.
What I'm looking for here are possible slot optimizations and set bonus advice.

Check out http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/10/17 ... _approved/]this article for CGI footage depicting how the upcoming Mars Science Laboratory robot is going to land. I have no idea why it's necessary to lower it on a winch from a hovering crane, but it looks cool as hell. Oh, and the video also shows it doing other stuff but it was the landing I wanted to rave about, especially since it's made using simulated hand-held camera footage, like Firefly's FX.
